My wife has been verbally harassed by the PT here and no one did anything to fix it. He made lewd sexually comments towards her or about himself. He is still there doing it to other women ! Do not support this gym !

I subbed here for years on and off. The members are great but the management is uneducated, unprofessional, and half of their trainers only do 8 hour PT trainings. I quit due to mistreatment after giving the manager evidence of my issue and he dismissed it because when they aren't talking smack on each other or smashing in the parking lot they take it out on hard working people. Do yourself a favor and go to a gym that's clean and full of respectable trainers with credentials!

Don't sign up for PT.. even tho there gym memebership is month to month. They beg you to sign up for PT and try to tie you into a 2 yrs agreement.. trainers reschedule and cancel your session at the last minute.

Keep passive aggressively watering down my shakes.

I actually only liked the theater part of the gym. Although I couldn't work out and watch the movie, I enjoy the isolation from the rest of the gym. However, if you weren't being trained, you could forget having knowledge on how to properly use the machines and no one ever offered you assistance. Also, I would not recommend retro fitness to anyone due to the fact that they bind you to a yearly contract even when your not able to use their services. I work at least 160 hours in a 2 week period and still have to attend to my home as a single mother and these people want me to pay for a membership that I'm not using. Absolutely not! I think that's unfair and pretty desperate. But rest assured they won't get my vote.

The only thing I actually liked about this gym was their overly priced shakes and that's been ruined. When I first started going they were thick, smooth and good. Then one day they handed me this water mess. I asked the guy what was wrong with the shake and he started getting offensive. The next week when I ordered another one it was watery again, it wasn't even the right color. I asked the girl now why my shakes were so watery and she narrowed her eyes, looked me dead in the face and shrugged. This kept happening until I finally caught a clue and stopped buying them. On my birthday a new worker made my free shake and it was thick and good again! That's when I knew it had been personal all this time...my feelings are hurt and so are my pockets. I'm in a contract so I'm stuck, but I do not recommend this gym.
